Responsibility
The Managing Director and the Quality & Operations Management Team are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving this policy and associated management systems.

Communication & Review
This policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers, and contractors and is available to stakeholders upon request. It is reviewed annually to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Integrated Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy

Heliostoik B.V. recognizes that high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) protection are essential to the sustainable growth of our organization, the wellbeing of our people and partners, and the protection of the environment. Our objectives are clear: no accidents, no harm to people, and minimal impact on the environment.

We acknowledge the environmental impacts associated with our activities and commit to identifying, preventing, and reducing these impacts wherever practicable. Our management has established and maintains an Environmental Management System in accordance with EN ISO 14001:2015, and integrates HSE considerations into all business systems and processes. We commit to meeting all applicable legal and other requirements, and to the continual improvement of our HSE performance and culture.

This policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers, and contractors, and is made available to external stakeholders upon request. The policy is reviewed at least annually to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to Heliostoik B.V.

Responsibility

The Chief Executive Officer and the Quality & Environmental Management Manager are responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of this policy and the associated management systems.
